Kairos is a personal execution system: it turns your goals into a schedule and helps you follow through when it matters — goals, calendar, habits, and an AI assistant that keeps you honest.

The name is the point. Kairos — the right, critical, or opportune moment. Not just more time; the right moment, used well. One day, or day one.
