Personal Graphics is a custom print shop in Petoskey, Michigan — apparel, embroidery, signs, decals, banners, and promo products. We built their custom website with an online designer, so customers design and order custom product without ever picking up the phone.
Around the storefront we launched dedicated online stores — employee workwear for companies, team stores for sports programs, and event shops — then rebuilt how the shop itself runs, from inquiry to production to the box it ships in.
The review campaign grew Personal Graphics' Google review count by 233%. The content ran just as hard — the shop's best video pulled 3.2 million views and 323 thousand likes. And inside the building, orders now flow from checkout to production, payments to QuickBooks, and labels to the printer on their own.
